This course has the potential to completely change the outcome of your Achilles Pain.
You will have 12 weeks of practical steps to gradually increase
the loading of your Achilles and decrease the pain. These steps include weekly
exercises which progress in difficulty.
You will also have access to educational content targeted at
resolving pain and giving you all the tools you need to manage this condition.
On top of this, you will be able to track your exercises and watch
the exercise videos through an app on your phone, allowing you to keep track of
how your going and giving you flexibility.
The mode of delivery is heavily video, however there is also added
